MUX Project Grid Slow with OBS Lookup

Issue/Introduction

Performance Issue. OBS Association lookup attribute and OBS_UNIT_FULL_PATH function causing slowness in Modern UX Project Grid. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to Administration - OBS - create a new OBS with one unit and associate it with Project
2. Go to Objects - Projects - find the OBS attribute and add an API alias, Save
3. Now connect to Modern UX - Projects - Projects Grid - add the OBS lookup field to the view
4. Load 20k of Projects and note the time

Expected Results: Performance not to be significantly impacted. 

Actual Results: Slow performance, going to 1-4 minutes to return the Project Grid, if  OBS_UNIT_FULL_PATH function is replaced in the SQL query it will run fast.

Release : 16.0.0, 16.0.1, 16.0.2 

Resolution

This is DE63418, fixed in 16.0.3 and 16.0.2.1

Workaround: Remove the OBS lookup attribute from the Project Grid view.
