when we renewal the SSL certs getting the below error.

Issue/Introduction

We are in the middle of SSL cert renewal, we have renewal the certs on apache and when we are trying to renewal in SPS we are getting the below error. please find the attached screen shot. Do we use special characters in password? 

If that is the problem is there a way to remediate the issue. 

 

Environment

SPS version : 12.8 SP4  on RHEL 7

Resolution

Removed the special characters in password and it worked fine and the issue is resolved
