Is it possible to enable TLS 1.2 for Service Desk Manager (SDM) mail_nxd and maileater_nxd without having a certificate?

Even if the customer uses TLS, downloading and providing an SSL certificate is still required. The difference between SSL and TLS is minor, it's basically just related to when the encryption is triggered, before or after login, hence the need for a certificate. This is a requirement made by the Java mail library that we use.
