You have already taken care of ABRCA Certificate update and the certificate is now updated. But you keep receiving the 'Action Required' reminders even after you have completed the update.
Note: This is a broadcast message going to all our active customers.
Resolution
Please expect to receive monthly email reminders regarding this root certificate expiration and upgrade opportunity. Symantec Systems Engineers and Symantec Partners may also be contacting you directly to assess your update status and explain the importance of completing this task as soon as possible.
