Issue/Introduction

Operating System values are blank in Computer Status report post Endpoint Protection Manager upgrade to 14.3 RU2/RU3

Affected Operating systems include: 
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2019
Windows 10 

Cause

There are null entries returned in the queries performed by the Endpoint Protection Manager causing the Operating System name to be blank in the Computer Status Report.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 14.3 RU4.  For a workaround please contact Support.
