We want a report that will show all current active threshold violations in CAPM.

We don't really have the concept of active violations in CAPM. There is a trigger event and a clear event. Spectrum Alarms is how you see what thresholds are not cleared. We just create events for set and clear and show them in the Events display. They are not alarms in PM. If you are syncing the events to Spectrum you can use the Alarm Console in CAPM and only show the active threshold violations. Also of course you just view the active threshold alarms in Spectrum.
