Reverse FT remains in status Connecting if file doesn't exist

Issue/Introduction

The JOBF stays in Connecting in case:

• a filetransfer takes place between source and destination and the firewall is opened only from destination to source (reverse FT)
• the file name of path at the source is not valid

The report displays:

U02000313 Communication error with partner '*FTX(Q30_OS,132860518)', error: 'on_connection/110(Connection timed out)'.

Both agents detect the wrong path and ended the connection but the AE server doesn't detect that the transfer failed.
