Looking for Clarity general knowledge articles that are available for review including some knowledge articles or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) geared to very basic users versus a technical user or an admin.
For basic user issues, the best option would be to search in our knowledge base for the issue they need help with. "i.e. "How to add a custom attribute to a Roadmap".
