Increase length of OOTB column in chg.template

Issue/Introduction

is it possible to increase the length of the column template_name (30 characters now) in the change template table  (to 128 characters for example)

Resolution

While this is technically possible, we don't recommend as the next patch/upgrade will change it back to out of box 30 and during that process, some template names will be truncated which cause bigger issue like upgrade failure(after truncation you may have two templates with the same name which cause mdb violation).
