Data Collector System Health Dashboard shows No Data Available

CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps


None of the Data Collector System Health Page Dashboards are reporting data. All Views on the Dashboard show a 'No Data to Display' message.

The DC host hast been running for over a year without reboot.

The DC services haven't been restarted in many months. As a result the logging has rotated any messaging in common logs like karaf.log that might have shown a cause.

All other logs like the Exception.log or RootException.log files have no error that indicates a problem.

All Data Aggregator System Health Dashboard Views work without error.


All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases


There are possible known issues that might have caused this. With the system running so long, the messages from when the issue began rotated out of logs long ago. A proper root cause was unable to be determined.


Restart the Data Collector services.

If the server itself has been running for a very long time it is likely best to reboot the host and thus restart the Data Collector services via the OS restart.
