User Groups losing Rest API Access in Spectrum 10.4.2.1

Issue/Introduction

Experiencing an issue whereby the user groups in Spectrum are automatically losing Rest API Access. Only happens occasionally and by the looks of it, randomly.

Also, seeing the Licenses for the user-groups also missing at times. For example, the Locator search privileges was also missing for the specified group and had to be added back manually.
