Alarm Entity field value not being saved completely when export to Excel

Issue/Introduction

In the OI module of AIOPS, I have created a queue to show certain set of alerts which I have then exported to Excel.

The Entity field in OI shows the complete set of details but the export to Excel has extremely limited information – so much so that it makes the Excel export of very little help.

The Excel export only shows the server name in the entity field while the OI report shows the specific Node (with complete path)  in the cluster that has the issue.

Resolution

One part of the issue has been fixed in OI SAAS. Initially, when an alarm details are exported to Excel, the Entity field value was only showing server name. The OI DEV team made a fix which has been released in Prod OI SAAS. Now, we see that Entity field value contains complete path. The second part of the issue is being worked on currently (which will be to find a solution to include the metric name as it is missing in the Entity field).
