Unable to associate CI to its primary service name

Issue/Introduction

When double clicking alert, we are seeing it does not point to its tree structure where the server itself lives. This is happening for some servers while other point to their respective structure. We want to know what could be responsible for this behavior.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Console

Resolution

The alerts does not point to any services were due to those alerts for the applications that are not part of the services.

You can check to see if the alert associated with the CI belong to a service by selecting the alert, in the Component Detail -> USM Notebook tab you will see a projection entry CA:00047
