baseline_engine and other java based probes fails to start

Issue/Introduction

The probe cannot start and you can find the following message in the log file: 

-Djava.library.path="../../../lib" -jar lib/BaselineEngine-20.10.jar) error = (2) The system cannot find the file specified.   

However, the 'BaselineEngine-20.10.jar' file is present in the lib directory.

Environment

Release : 20.3, 20.4 and later 

Component : Any java based probe

Resolution

Reinstall the java_jre package on the affected robot.
