Cannot find a resource in the project

Issue/Introduction

You cannot find a resource (Example: Labor, Generic) in your projects in Classic Clarity (PPM) in your DEV environment that was recently upgraded. Doing a show all and filtering on active and inactive resources does not help. 

In your PRODUCTION environment, you can see this resource on your projects. Is there any switch or configuration causing this?

Component : CLARITY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Cause

This can be due to a * being required in the filter search (or the entire name being entered in the filter field)

Resolution

1. Add an * (asterisk) in front of the 'Resource/Role Name' field
   

   Example:

   *Generic
   

2. Then click Filter.
