HTML Links are not working after SSO Enabled

Issue/Introduction

You have custom HTML email notifications that have links to take users to the specific Clarity page.  The links worked before SSO was implemented but now they are taking users to the landing page.

Environment

Release : 16.0.0

Component : CA PPM SAAS OPERATIONS SSO

Resolution

After the SSO is implemented, the notifications using customer scripts (like GEL) need to be modified so that the links generated are SSO based links.
