Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: In MUX Project Grid View, sorting on Department OBS does not sort alphabetically

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Navigate to Projects, grid view  in the Modern UX
2. Add the Department OBS column to the view
3. Click the column header to sort Department OBS A to Z or Z to A

Expected Results:  Department OBS sorts alphabetically

Actual Results: Sorting is not alphabetical. Instead it seems to be sorting by the Created Date/Internal ID

Workaround: None

 Defect ID DE63371 is FIXED in version 16.0.2
