How to generate a report for the last X days of failure jobs from AWA?

Issue/Introduction

There's a need to fetch failed jobs for the last 3 months.

 

Environment

Release :12.x

Component : AE, Reporting tool

Resolution

This can be achieved using the Reporting tool provided in the AE Utility.

Launch the Reporting tool and choose the Option Statistics.

-Right-click on Statistics -> New Query 

 

From the Output fields, choose the object name and it's Status.

• Status
  • For filter criteria: One or more system return codes are separated by commas (for example, 1900, 1920).
  • In the analysis report: The long texts are output instead of the numbers (for example, ENDED_OK).
  Available for forecasts and statistics.
