Issue/Introduction

When the users migrate to a new domain, how is that handled in the SEPM?

Resolution

When updating AD accounts to the SEPM, select the user from the Domain, in this location. If domains are changed, update the accounts so that the data is correct.

If this happens, have a SEPM type account to use to login when the change occurs so the accounts can be updated properly.

  1. Do do this, click Add an administrator and use the top radial for the Authentication tab to set SEPM credentials.
  2. Make sure to make this user and Administrator so the account can correct Domain credentials after the migration.
