Issue/Introduction

Granted user the Auditor role to view the session recordings however the user only sees the CLI recordings and not the RDP recordings.

Global admintrator can see the RDP recordings.

Cause

When you give the auditor role, you have to give the access to users and devices

you cannot see other users or devices for which you have no access

Resolution

WE create an auditor with access to all users and devices and we can see well the session recordings.

We see this works fine.

Then we give to the 2 auditors tested before the needed permissions over the devices they want to watch, and they can see well the session recordings.
