Sqlserver 5.45 alert not received for agent job

Issue/Introduction

We have not received alerts for one custom template for sqlserver (5.45).

The template is for SQL Job failure.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - SQLSERVER

Resolution

Applying the latest hotfix, sqlserver_5.45_HF1 solves this issue.
