Issue/Introduction

We notice that emails are not being delivered to a specific Distribution List we have defined in our organization. Emails do get delivered to other email addresses. We are sending emails through a Gel Script, to a Distribution List.

Environment

Version: 16.0.0

Cause

The Distribution List was placed on the bounce list, on the SaaS Side, since greater than 500 failures to deliver were reported.

Resolution

Check if the Distribution List is placed on the bounce list. Remove it from there if present. Also maintain the DL to not include individual email addresses that are no longer relevant.
