Issue/Introduction
Performance issue in Modern UX when loading the idea list if the user does not have Idea View Global rights
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log in to the Modern UX as a user with Idea-View OBS access rights
2. Go to the Ideas module
Expected Results: The Idea list to load on a reasonable time
Actual Results: The Idea list can take up to 2 minutes loading
Environment
Clarity 15.9.2 and MSSQL latge dataset
Cause
This is caused by DE63364
Resolution
Workaround: Provide the Idea - View - All access right to the user
This is fixed in 16.0.2
