Issue/Introduction

We have installed CA Identity Portal 14.4 (14.4.0.733) in our environment. In the Admin console, where can I find the option to update the User ID so that it displays correctly in the user console when I click on the user picture. It currently shows N/A. I have looked at GUI configuration under SETUP in Admin console.

For user_displayName (Upper Part), user_title (Lower Part),
 
Please make sure that the FirstName, LastName and Title are mapped in the Managed Object Attributes.  In the Identity Manager management console
map the correct attributes in IDM. 

Ensure that users have those values populated in their account records.
