Preferred link for all users to point to Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to set a preferred link for all users on the old Clarity interface?

It is possible to individually put a link to the URL of the new interface but would like to make it global so that each user does not need to configure it.

The recommended option is to create a Menu Link in Classic PPM to the New User Experience.
