Resolution

ZOSMF has a following default definition on SYS1.PARMLIB(IZUPRM00).

SEC_GROUPS USER(IZUUSER),ADMIN(IZUADMIN),SECADMIN(IZUSECAD)

Prefix.CAKOJCL0(TSSSEC) defines following groups for SEC_GROUPS.

USER(IZUUSRGP)
ADMIN(IZUADMGP)
SECADMIN(IZUSECGP)

With prefix.CAKOJCL0(TSSSEC) definitions, SEC_GROUPS in SYS1.PARMLIB(IZUPRM00) should be changed as follows ;

SEC_GROUPS USER(IZUUSRGP),ADMIN(IZUADMGP),SECADMIN(IZUSECGP)
