IDM 14.4 Weblogic Start up fail after 14.2 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

IDM startup is failing after in-place upgrade with the following error

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'iam.im.jms.topic.topic/ServerCommandTopic' didn't find subcontext 'topic'. Resolved 'iam.im.jms'; remaining name 'topic/topic/ServerCommandTopic

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.2, 14.4

Component :Identity manager

Cause

 In place upgrade from IDM 14.2 to 14.4 somehow corrupted the environment.

Resolution

Using a working environment IM JMS xml file and modify it then deploy it.
