14.4 in place upgrade | WP JMS file missing

Issue/Introduction
IDM startup is failing after in-place upgrade from 14.2 to 14.4 with following error
java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Oracle\Domains\SAMS\config\jms\iam_im_wpjmsmodule-jms.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)
Environment
Release : Identity Manager 14.4
Component : WebLogic 12c
Cause
This is due to IDM 14.4 no longer requiring iam_im_wpjmsmodule-jms.xml and 14.2 upgraded environment still configure with WP JMS
Resolution
Remove WP JMS by Login WebLogic console and go to the screenshot section
