ILM partition cannot be dropped due to active server processes.

Issue/Introduction

The ILM partition cannot be dropped because of server processes being 'Still Active'. When checking the partition some CPs and  WPs shows up as status "|'.

They also do not show up in the table MQSRV. Starting them also does not change the status.

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Data inconsistency.

Resolution

These server processes need to be set to either ENDED_OK or ENDED_NOT_OK.
