Issue/Introduction

Users cannot logon via the AWI. The Service manager Dialog shows certain processes having connections and others do not.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Data inconsistency.

Resolution

Once all the server processes were shut down the PWP process still remained in the table MQSRV. Once this entry was removed and the server processes were started all of them showed connections in the Service Manager Dialog. The logon through the AWI was also possible again.
