Why is ca7load getting inserted?

       2 IEFC611I OVERRIDDEN STEP NOT FOUND IN PROCEDURE

There are several things that cause a load to get inserted: 

1- someone set the RELOAD=Y on the job definition screen
2- someone edits the JCL for a job thru CA 7 and if RELOAD=N is set, it will change automatically to RELOAD=Y    (the most common reason)
3- someone issue the LOAD,JOB=jobname   command.... (not likely)

To prevent CA 7 from inserting the LOAD STEP, set RELOAD to =X
