ETC on Project Hierarchy Effort Rollup Page is Not Zero

Issue/Introduction

There is ETC in the Effort Rollup page. However, when reviewing the task assignments, ETC is 0 for all assignments.

 

Cause

The Investment Allocation job has not processed the project in question.

Resolution

Ensure the project is active and is processed by an immediate or scheduled run of the Investment Allocation job.
The fundamental purpose of the job is that it updates all project ETCSUM and EACSUM fields.
