Cause

The BPX1MKD service that creates the directory for the temporary SMPE dataset (mkdir) was not able to create a directory. Return code '0000006F'X means Permission is denied.

Resolution

Please verify that the user submitting the UNZIPJCL has an UID that has write access to /u/..../roscoe to be able to create the temporary directory /smpe999999999999999/, for example. The actual directory name which the user needs access to create is specified in the error message.
