We noticed that if we use Solution from the Activities menu and tried to submit it with the User Description empty, a Log Entry is added to the ticket that says "log solution text"
We are able to replicate the issue on both 17.3.0.6 and 17.2.0.10

This is a designed behavior--when you log a solution but do not provide anything in "User Description", Service Desk automatically inserts a default text "log solution text" as its description. If you don't like this behavior, you can customize detail_alg.htmpl to make the "User Description" mandatory for the end users that they would have to enter some solution description.
