How can I enable Spectrum BGP Polling only for specific devices?

Cause

Spectrum BGP is disabled by default.

Resolution

If you would like to enable BGP polling for only specific devices, follow the steps below:

- On the VNM model, expand BGP Manager on the Information Tab and change the "BGP Peer Session Monitoring" setting to disabled.

For the devices you wish to enable BGP polling, run a locator search for all of the CiscoBGP4_App models or BGP4_App models and you can use attribute editor to set the polling_interval to the desired result (we recommend setting it to 330):
