Javelin connection to TDM Portal fails

Issue/Introduction

Authentication using the connection to TDM Portal from Javelin fails. We are using the TDM Portal URL as the Service URL, as shown below.

https://<hostname>:8443

 

Environment

All supported releases of Javelin

All Support releases of TDM Portal

Cause

The URL used for Service URL is incorrect with respect to TDM Portal service.

Resolution

Use below URL in Service URL field:(Replace "hostname" with the fully qualified hostname of machine running TDM Portal service).

https://<hostname>:8443/TDMService
