Alarm window in IM is not responsive

Issue/Introduction

The IM alarm window seems unresponsive. If we try to open the "configure" or the "raw configure window" for the primary HUB "alarm_enrichment" - that opens fine.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : alarm_enrichment 9.32_HF1

Resolution

Rebooting Primary Robot seems to resolve the issue.
