Hours not showing in Staff and Assignments

Issue/Introduction

Our project hours recently stopped appearing in the actual field in staff and assignment pages. 

We upload the hours from a file and they've been posting to actuals in staff and assignments until recently.  We can see them in the totals but they are not showing up in those two pages.

We are on 15.9.3

Environment

Release : 15.9.3

Component : CLARITY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Cause

It appears the post to WIP as well as import financial actuals job were running concurrently causing records to not update into the import table.

Resolution

 

The records were inserted into the table so they could then post back to the assignments.
