Upgrade SOI/Helpdesk connector from V 1.1.0.39 to 1.20

Issue/Introduction

I plan to upgrade helpdesk connector in the development system. Do I need to uninstall V1.1.0.39 first or if I can simply do the upgrade on top of V1.1.0.39?

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

There's no upgrade for the NIM Helpdesk, you would need to uninstall and install the new one.

Make sure you backup the \soi\tomcat\lib\resources\helpdesk.properties for reference
