Upgrade Fails between 15.9.1 to 15.9.2 when there is an Object containing '_edit' at the end of Object ID.

Issue/Introduction

1. Create an object with id upgrade_edit in Clarity 15.9.1. Add the object rights to an user.
2. Upgrade Clarity to 15.9.2

Expected Results :- Upgrade Completes Successfully. 

Actual Results :- Upgrade Fails with error
[CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01722: invalid number
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("NIKU_DEV"."CMN_SEC_ASSGND_RIGHT"."RIGHT_ID")

Cause

This is caused by defect DE62646

Resolution

The defect is addressed as part of Clarity 16.0.1.
