MUX displayed as a blank page when using Edge

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS


When using Microsoft Edge - even a supported Edge version, Clarity (Modern User Experience (MUX / UX)) is displaying as a blank / white page.

This may also apply to other areas of Clarity, such as the Phoenix Theme and even other Classic UI pages using any theme.


Microsoft Edge has been configured to use Internet Explorer mode / Compatibility View (a blue IE icon appears next to the URL).

Clarity (Modern UX) does not support any Internet Explorer release.


Disable Internet Explorer Mode or use an alternate supported browser.

Internet Explorer mode could have been enabled as part of a Group Policy so it will be necessary to be disabled by the IT department.
