Identity Manage vApp cannot set NTP

Issue/Introduction

When trying to set the Network Time Protocol (NTP) on the 14.4.0 Platform v2 (CentOs8) Virtual Appliance (as per the product documentation link below) the system returns a permission denied error.

This issue is addressed in 14.4.1 and on the 14.4.0 v2 Platform (Centos8) by hot fix "v2-HF-DE499336-20210409-001.tar.gpg" which is available upon request from Technical Support.
