AWI stopped working after "ERROR IN MESSGAGE HANDLING"

Issue/Introduction

Yesterday the productive AWI failed and had to restart the service. Within a short time were over 93'000 
Error (XXXXXwn_awi_LOG.00.txt:2021-10-26 15:15:46,167 pool-2-thread-1434821 [ERROR] NOSESSION/- NOUI [entrypoint.messages.NotificationListener] - ERROR IN MESSGAGE HANDLING) 
in the log and the AWI (Tomcat) is frozen.

AWI Version:   Automic Web Interface 12.3.4.GA01-dev-feature-12.3.4-GA01-97632

Resolution

# Recommendation  is to upgrade to the latest version of JDK.
Supported version : 

Java Open JDK Java 11  Oracle Java 1.8 (with Intel x64 CPU)  Oracle Java 11
