The Account tab within VIP Manager displays the Service End Date.
Expired VIP accounts may be at risk of losing VIP Service beyond the service end date.
An expired account will go to an 'inactive' state after 30 days. After 30 days, an account is at risk for permanent deletion.
To avoid any service interruption, organizations with a VIP account near or past the Service End Date should contact their authorized Broadcom reseller or account manager to request a temporary extension while the renewal is in process.
