How to suppress alarms being generated from purestorage events.

Issue/Introduction

We are getting a lot of alarms in UIM from purestorage events and we want to know how to disable it. 

purestorage log has:
[Data Collector - a01az1sanarry003, purestorage] PERF: DONE:  Forwarding events as alarms   {Seconds=0.002}

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - PURESTORAGE

Cause

The forwarding of target device events as UIM alarms is part of the probe framework which is common to most storage and application probes. 

Resolution

There isn't a provision to disable the creation of UIM alarms from device events. 

Additional Information

For the purestorage probe uses probe_schema.cfg to map events to alarms, and other probes use mondef.cfg.

If the log shows no time then it is an indication there were no events processed.
