Cannot open GTSubSet from within datamaker

Issue/Introduction

We just upgraded from TDM 4.8 to 4.91 and when we try to access GTSubset from within datamaker we get the following errors.
Class not found execption

and 

Unable to connect to GTSubset repository profile XML

Environment

TDM 4.9.1
GT Datamaker
GT Subset
Test Data Manager

Cause

GTSubset needs to be updated to the latest version.
GT Datamaker had been updated already.
The environment no long had a DNS mapping to the host name gtrep.

 

Resolution

Please download the latest GTSubset from the Patches page.
extract the files into your GT Datamaker folder.
Correct your DNS setup to properly resolve the host name for the repository.
This could be done in the local hosts file.
