Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade to 15.9.3 and Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit, you see the following error when compiling the DWH_INV_REMAINING_ALLOC_FCT function in both DEV and QA environments

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object [email protected]@MYPPM

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17200], [ODF_NK_ALLOCCOST_CURVE], [121], [], [], [], [], [], [],[], [], []

Expected Results: The function should compile successfully. 

Actual Results: The function does not compile successfully.
