Attempting to log on  and get message CA-7.X011 USER LIMIT REACHED  in CA7ONL when trying to access ISPF in CA 7.

If you receive the message: CA-7.X011 USER LIMIT REACHED, when trying to access CA7ONL from ISPF, check the CA7CLIST that is being executed. The SESSAPL keyword should be defined as TSO9999.
