Contents of Store object are removed after AE DB Change

Issue/Introduction

The DB Change utility removes the BLOB component on Transport case with STORE objects.
If only leaves a envelope with 0 bytes.
The source transport case is systematically greater than the target Transport Case to due to the data loss.

Environment

Release : 12.3.2  Component : UTILITY 

Cause

This is a bug in the DB Change Utility.

Resolution

Resolution:  A problem has been fixed, where the DB Change Utility removed field content bigger than 65 KB from the output. DB Change Utility removes content in binary fields.

This is problem is fixed in version of the Utilities
