Clarity SaaS - SFTP server not accessible

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to place a file in our Clarity SaaS system. However, the connection is getting blocked. We are able to connect to the server from outside our company's network.

Environment

Version: 16.0.0.

Resolution

Please whitelist the SFTP server in the company's network. A ping test can be done from within the company's network to check connectivity.
